End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Solis Book
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and Solis Software Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the mobile application Solis Book ("Application").
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use the Application.
License
The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
User-Generated Content
The Application allows you to create, upload, and share content. By using these features, you agree to the following:
- You are solely responsible for the content you post or share through the Application.
- You agree not to post any content that is offensive, abusive, defamatory, hateful, unlawful, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to monitor, review, moderate, or remove any content at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.
- The Service Provider has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.
Account Termination
The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, without notice, if you violate the terms of this Agreement, engage in harmful behavior, or use the Application in a way that may cause harm to other users or the Service Provider.
User Responsibilities
By using the Application, you agree:
- To comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
- Not to use the Application for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
- Not to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Application or its services.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to the Service Provider. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how your information is collected, used, and shared.
Modifications to the Agreement
The Service Provider reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. The most current version of this Agreement will be made available within the Application and/or on our website.
Apple Requirements
This Agreement is in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms and Apple’s Model EULA. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and Apple’s terms, Apple’s terms shall govern.
Apple is not responsible for the Application or its content. In the event of any failure of the Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) of the Application. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Application.

Effective Date
